Tengok gambar pun dh kecur kan? *Pix from Google*Ina n i patutnye gi ziarah our DPA colleague - Kak Yan kt Tmn Keramat yg bersalin awal bulan haritu.. we were supposed to visit her last week tp xjadik due to some reasons so we decided to visit her today during long lunch break. The thing is, either me or Ina didnt inform her earlier, konon2 nak surprise gitu! So we went off at 12.15 sharp, using my Vitara via MEX. Baru 12.30 tp dh 1/2 jalan nak masuk Bangsar exit, suddenly Kak Yan called Ina saying that she's in Seremban, visiting her sis in law. Aiyo!! So i slowed down d car, back to 80km/h. B4 dat i pecut 140 :P (well actly keta tu bawak 140 baru rasa kelajuannya, otherwise bawak 110 mcm bawak 80 jer).
Then Ina kata, kita p Mid Valleylah. I no hal, terus exit Bangsar then nk carik exit to Mid Valley x jupe2. Last2 masuk DUKE terus melencong ke Wangsa Maju n stopped at Wangsa Walk. Dh sampai sana, pekena ayam penyetla (AP) apa lg. Dahla i dh lama teringin nk makan AP ni, eversince dgr senior2 kata AP kat Bangi tu layanla etc etc. D thing is, none of the jinglebelliers knows d place of AP in Bangi. So, alang2 dh sampai Wangsa Walk, i led d way (cewah) to have AP w Ina. Selain Wangsa Walk, branch lain ada di Subang Jaya, Dataran Sunway Mentari, Bangi, Puchong, UEP Subang jaya & Mid Valley Mall. Yg paling sedap of cos sambal dia, nyum2.
Sikit info on AP - Ayam Penyet is a traditional Indonesian cuisine which originates from Surabaya. It is a popular chicken dish where the fresh chicken is specially marinated with various spices and herbs . The meat is then smashed with a wooden headed hammer and deep fried until golden light brown. One of the unique feature in preparing this funny name dish is the art of frying where it is crispy from outside and juicy inside. The other dishes served here are traditional Indonesian food which are also popular in Singapore and Indonesia. Our signature dish, Ayam Penyet-AP is served as a set. You get a quarter crispy chicken, a piece each of fried beancurd and tempe, some boiled kangkong, fresh cabbage, blazing hot sambal belachan and bits of crunchy golden brown fried fritter topping on the chicken.
